BEJED, Inc.'s passive product line carries a lifetime warranty against materials and manufacturing defects, under normal usage.
Return Policy
If there is a problem or questions regarding your order, please call or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any items. RMAs are good for 14 days from their issue. All product returns must be marked with assigned RMA number and must be in their original shipping containers.

Any standard items may be returned after your prompt inspection of received goods. Custom made/altered items and items not in the catalog cannot be accepted for return.

Credits will not be issued without an RMA number, and only after inspection of the returned product. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee for any products returned for reasons other than warranty.
Order Policy

All payments must be in US dollars. MasterCard and Visa are accepted. Net 30 accounts are available upon approved credit (please contact BEJED for a credit application). All shipments are FOB: Sandy, OR and will be subject to shipping and handling fees. Overdue accounts may be subjected to a 2% monthly finance charge. In case of price deviations, notification will be made prior to processing your order. Specification sheets available on most catalog items. Quantity discounts available upon request.
